Ingredients
2 tablespoons roast beef dripping or oil
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
Method
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In medium sized bowl beat eggs, flour, milk, salt with beater to make a smooth batter.
Heat drippings or oil in 10-inch pie plate in oven.
Remove and pour in batter. Bake 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Serve immediately with roast beef.
