Ingredients
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
Little lemon and nutmeg
1 Tbsp. plain flour
3 c. grated apples with peel
1 egg
2 deep crust pie shells
Method
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Moisten edges and place other shell on top.
Seal edges well.
Slash top.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
