Ingredients
1 small ripe melon
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
2 oz. sugar
Method
Halve melon and remove seeds.
Peel the melon halves; cut flesh into cubes and place in rigid container with grapefruit segments, lime juice, and sugar.
Leave to stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
Serve in wine glasses.
