Ingredients
4 ounces of short crust pastry
Parsley
Sausage meat
1 onion
Seasoning
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Finely chopped parsley and onion and combine with sausage meat and seasoning.
Roll out in your hand to about quarter inch diameter.
Roll out pastry to 1/8-inch thickness.
Put sausage meat down one side and dampen edge with milk. Bring pastry over and press edges together, cut pastry into 2-inch lengths and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a hot oven in for 30 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm or cold.
