Shrimp Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter

  • Salt to taste

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • Pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Garlic salt to taste

  • 1 small onion, grated

  • 2 c. chopped cooked shrimp

  • 4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Add shrimp.

  3. Blend well.
