Indian Vegetable Budgea

Ingredients
Onions
Cauliflower
Potatoes
Carrots
Curry powder
Method
Cook potatoes, cauliflower, and carrots in salted water until done.
In another pan or skillet put butter and fry onions and curry powder together.
Sauté for 2 minutes and then add the cooked vegetables until heated through.
