Bubble & Squeak

Ingredients
3 c. cooked, chopped cabbage
3 Tbsp. bacon grease
2 c. mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
Method
Heat bacon grease in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add cabbage, potatoes, and onions.
Fry until heated through and slightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste.
