Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (9 inch) pie shells
1 stick margarine
4 to 8 apples of choice
Method
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Add grated apples.
Makes 2 pies and maybe a small custard dish too.
Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes.
Notes
Freezes well.
